TempMoniSpot

TempMoniDC & TempMoniSpot

TempMoniDC & TempMoniSpot are solutions for temperature monitoring.
TempMoniDC has temperature monitoring, and can in addition make analog sensors wireless.
TempMoniSpot has 3 measurement points with the built-in data logger providing wireless communication, and easy installation.

Use cases

The sensors can be used in various ways, as it allows logging of temperature data, operating times, patterns and overall monitoring. They provide continuous data collection on the actual temperature, empowering to make data-based decisions.

Measuring Supply and return temperatures

The solutions are useful for measuring supply and return temperatures of district heating, natural gas boilers, and heat pumps, with the probes mounted on the heating pipes.

Temperature monitoring

TempMoniDC and TempMoniSpot solutions can be used to monitor temperature of cooling systems/chillers and cold or freezer rooms, by providing a clear and continuous data collection on temperature, whether it is being maintained or need improvement in efficiency.

Ventilation systems

By attaching sensors on supply and exhaust, heating coils, or different pipes and the temperature data can enable insight into the operations of the ventilation systems. Combine temperature with powerdata to get a complete overview of the operations.

Seap & burst leakage and water wastage

With temperature measurements on cold water pipes and other water lines, seap leakage, burst leakage and water wastage can be detected. This helps prevent major damage and costly consumption.

Data collection from analog sensors

TempMoniDC can gather VDC signals from -24 to 24, typically provided by analog sesnors and devices. This allows data collection and monitoring of such devices as pressure sensors, PLCs with analog output modules, DC motor controllers etc., making analog sensors wireless and digital.

Gateways

Gateways are a crucial part of data collection and communication to the ReCalc cloud platform. ReMoni offers several gateways, focusing on data communication and data collection of comfort and air measurements, such as temperature, CO2 and humidity levels or data from existing meters using wM-Bus. All the gateways have WiFi or SIM card modem connection to ensure seamless connectivity

Gateways

All Gateways facilitate connectivity and communication between sensors and the ReCalc platform. They send the data to the platform, and allows Over-the-Air updates of the sensors and parameter setting from the platform to the sensors. The Gateways can handle signals from up to 500 sensors. In the case of using several gateways, they automatically distribute the signals among them. The sensors automatically find the Gateway with the best signal.

Gateway with wM-Bus

The Gateway with wM-Bus can be used for reading compatible wM-Bus meters.

Use cases

Electricity, water and heating

If the meter is compatible with wM-Bus, the gateway can collect data from meters and sub-meters for electricity, water, gas and heating. The collected data is stored and presented in the ReCalc platform cloud solution or can be used using the open API.

Gateway Comfort

As the name indicates Gateway Comfort is used to communicate between sensors and the platform, as well as track comfort temperature (e.g., room temperature) and relative humidity in the buildings.

Use cases

Documenting comfort temperature

The main purpose of the Gateway Comfort sensor is to track comfort temperature and relative humidity and identify potential temperature differences or significant changes in office buildings, schools etc. The data can be used to understand buildings’s operations better or evaluate the impact of control startegies on HVAC systems.

Gateway Air

Using Gateway Air can help ensure better indoor climate as it collects data on temperature, relative humidity and CO2 levels. It can help identify buildings’s usage patterns and ensure a good indoor climate etc.

Use cases

Indoor climate documentation

Gateway Air facilitates connection between ReCalc and ReMoni’s sensors as well as measure and document the indoor climate at selected locations within the building. It can provide a detailed overview of indoor climate data allowing to make changes accordingly.

Room temperature variations

The Gateway continuously monitors the temperature in rooms where the indoor climate is being assessed, allowing to distinguish differences between various locations or patterns in the temperature changes.

Analyzing and optimizing building operations

With additional data on the indoor climate collected with the Gateway Air, the impact of changing control strategies and modifications to systems like HVAC can be monitored and evaluated.

Dashboards

The data collected with ReMoni’s sensors is visualized in the ReCalc cloud platform in different dashboards. It can be accessed anytime, with dashboards providing a quick and intuitive view of data collected, enabling users to make data-based decisions. The collected data can also be used in other systems using the open API.

Examples

Power Basic

The Power Basic dashboard provides an overview of power consumption, its development and patterns over time. The data can be viewed for individual units or grouped. The dashboard enables to drill-down in the power data to further understand the consumption and compare across different units and different time series.

ESG - Compliance and reporting

The ESG dashboard provides an automated and simple way for visualization of Scope 2 energy consumption data. Consumption can be broken down into smaller parts, providing better overview than just main meter data. It covers both energy consumption and corresponding CO2 emissions.

Temperature Basic

Temperature Basic dashboard gives a comprehensive overview of temperature measures across different units and sensors. It is useful to gain an overview of e.g., different rooms’ temerature, montioring of ventilation systems, or operation in a production facility.

Capacity Analyzer

Capacity Analyzer dashboard displays the ampere load. It gives insight into how much amperes should always be available and paid for and the actual used capacity. The overview can help identify whether too much amperes are being paid for and can be reduced to increase savings.

Power Load Profiles

Power Load Profiles dashboard categorizes consumption into three categories: baseload (always present consumption), intermediate consumption, and peak load. Baseload can help identify the daily load for the monitored device. This is an important tool to understand the energy consumption.

Energy Performance Map

Energy Performance Map provides an overview of power, heating, and water consumption across properties found in your buildings portfolio. It can be used to identify which properties are over-consuming energy and needs to be prioritized in implementing energy-saving measures

Data integration and open API

ReMoni believes in using data across systems, and therefore offers an open API, which allows you to extract your data via an open API and utiilize the data in other systems, such as your Energy Management System, Building Management Systems or other analytics software. Likewise, we integrate with other data-sources when relevant, such as elecitricty, water and heating data.
